Refund and Returns Policy

Unused, unoperated equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less outbound and return freight costs. Equipment that has been operated, fueled, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.

How to start a return

1. Email sales@miniforce.renthub.rentals with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange return freight pickup.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the equipment is received back at our warehouse and inspected.

Attachments and parts follow the same 30-day policy and must be returned unused and in original packaging.
