Shipping

Every machine ships nationwide via LTL freight with lift-gate service included, so you don’t need a loading dock or forklift to receive your equipment. Attachments and parts ship via standard parcel carrier.

• Typical transit time: 5–10 business days after your machine leaves our Elkhart, IN warehouse.
• You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
• Inspect your shipment before signing for it — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Warranty

Every machine we sell carries a limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship — coverage length varies by model and is listed on each product’s specification sheet (1-Year Limited, 2-Year Limited, or 3-Year Powertrain on our largest machines). Attachments carry a 1-year limited warranty.

Normal wear items (cutting edges, teeth, hydraulic hoses, filters) and damage from misuse are not covered. To file a warranty claim, contact sales@miniforce.renthub.rentals with your order number and a description of the issue.
